FA Level 1 – Waves Part 3
This progression follows on from the blog “WAVES” start of the practice and “WAVES progessions two and three. This “Waves” blog demonstrates how the session can progress by incorporating a time trial element, which players love, as it makes the session fun and competitive and a condition where players have run onto a pass in a shooting zone, before shooting first time. The second progression, is to encourage players to pass to a breaking wide player, who crosses for the other players to attack the cross and score.
