I have recently started coaching a ladies football team. I have also just qualified as a Level 2 football coach. The animated football drills and coaching information have helped me greatly with some new ideas to coach the ladies. Coaches chalkboard helped me a lot  when planning sessions for the Football Association Level 2 football coaching award.

Use shorter and more frequent football training sessions – these will provide a better framework for ensuring football skills are retained more successfully. Players will tend to retain improvements made over a longer period more successfully if they have lots of frequent, shorter football training sessions.
