Football Coaching  - Short Range Passing 

More passes shorter than 15 yards in length are made in a game of football than any other kind of pass. Therefore it stands to reason that this is an area of football coaching that should be focussed on in football coaching sessions. Players have to constantly have their heads up, to be aware of space, team mates and opposition players.

They will have to be alert, on their toes, be able to technically make short passes and to be able to make decisions on control and pass or first time passing. Football coaching sessions on short passing should encourage players to make the correct decisions under pressure and to be able to execute those decisions technically will really help the players improve.
