Haha I've practised and practised and practised everything on those Coerver DVD's so that I can get to the level where I feel comfortable demonstrating to my players. I have three very enthusiastic assistants, and what we normally do is split our large group up into manageable smaller groups with each of us taking 4 or 5 children.

So I call them all in quickly, do a demonstration of what I want to see, then we move back quickly into our small groups. Stop, next demonstration, and once more back out to smaller groups and so on.........

My assistants curse me because if any of their group can't do the particular skill they obviously ask them to go over it again...........and I've seen some very funny attempts at difficult moves that have had the kids laughing at their coaches!

My assistants all believe I was the Gianfranco Zola of my day, yet most of the stuff I'm demonstrating I've learned myself in the past few years! I wish I had been taught this stuff when I was a kid....!!!!
