Personally I think it looks like overkill for the subject of "Where to shoot". I coach both of my teams to shoot for one area, low and to the far post and they wouldn't need a complex matrix of cones and webbing to understand where that target area was.

I simply place a cone a few feet in from the furthest post and they have to aim for that area between post and cone.
