A good coach should be able to think of something themselves, and a developing coach should be able to ask for advice on how to improve it.

1. I will create my own session plan and deliver it.
2. I asked for advice or suggestions. Not a SSG session plan from A-Z.
3. I research before I plan. I was under the impression here that we are all coaches (good, devolping or otherwise.) The reason for my post was to build up my knowledge. If I can't ask for general advice here then its a sad state of affairs!
