Know how you feel - am having similar conversations ATM - its a nitemare got offered a run out tonight at a prem - the lad just didnt want to go - too much pressure - hopefully i can get him settled and cut his football down and restore some balance to the force
What I hate out of all of it is the politics on the sidelines - I hate it more than anything else the subterfuge and back stabbing it disgusts me - maybe it will get better once I know what is happening - good luck with yours
