When conductiong try outs there should be no communication between other competition coaches and the players trying out for the team unless their is a mutual understanding between the Try out Coach and the other competition/select coach. This tends to create tension and animosity amongst the coaches. Angxiety is already approaching a boiling point and this type of behavior is inexcusable.

Any thoughts??
