Harder to do, but I think communicating is a better thing than not, and just stealing a kid from another competitive team without the other coach knowing is what is going to really increase the tension and anxiety.
So, I guess I disagree with the point given for consideration. But it sounds like you pulled that quote from somewhere else. What's the context?
