heres a simple 1 that you can go crazy with and develop it however you like...
2 circles start quite small scale so you focus on technique not making it too hard physically to start with. half round the outside with ball and other half in middle circle (smaller one) without balls. players go from smaller circle to find a player on outside circle to recieve a pass and then pass back. same player turns and runs through the mid circle and the traffic of other players to find another passer on the outside and so on. then change over.... you can develop it by working on different ways to control the ball and different ways to pass. balls in the air, control pass etc...or change to give the balls to people in the middle to make them dribble more. hope you got it, theres loads of ways just be creative... make a square and put everyone inside in 2's or 3's and get them to pass to each other while moving around the square...dont bang into each other keep your head up and pass....easy. |
