Default First day back at training

Hi, going back to training tommorrrow (Under 9's) and wondered if any of you Gents & ladies had any suggestions training tips, techniques for the first day back.

Obviously the boys are naturally fit due to their age but i want to do a few enjoyable excercise / ball work before they finish with a knockabout.

Regards...
