Okay. Well, if you think about what does Defending when Outnumbered mean? Basically you have less 'goal-side' defenders than they have attackers.

So, how do you run a 'Technique' drill for this; I'm sure you've done Principles of Defending and know about Deny/Delay/Deflect/Defend: If you can get pressure on the ball, and it's appropriate, then do so to slow the opponent down, allowing the out of position team mates to make Recovery Runs.

So you could run a technique drill based on 'Pressing' the ball.

Level 2 also teaches the Defending principle of 1st player, 2nd player, 3rd Player responsibilities (nearest the ball outward). You could base a Technique drill on these principles.
