Default Ian's Game Analysis Form -- Come and get it!

OK, here is Ian's form. I couldn't really do as much with it as I wanted because my form maker program bit the dust, but if there are any modifications, feel free to post updated/improved forms.

No I just tick appropriate boxes - and leave plenty of space for other things I notice, or that the subs/players on the pitch mention to me.

It is basically about figuring out their weaknesses and deciding which of my players can best expose them - which also helps with subsitutions.
