Hi Guys
I am new to this just signed up today! I have been giving the senior team in my club well I was put in charge the last 3 games of last season but this is the first pre season I have ever done and pre season starts next Thursday and I am trying to put a programme together like fitness drills with or without ball plus what would be the best drills to start off the season any ideas guys would be great thank you very much! Hi there - well, have you evaluated your team? What do they need from you to be more successful?
Fitness drills and the like I'm sure you've got covered, but what you may want to consider is what your team's weaknesses and strengths are. This should form the basis of the drills and ssg's that you use. Good luck with the new season. Archie |
