Hi everyone!
I coach an Under 17's team, and were going to Holland again this year for a tournament! i want to get them in to shape, and i just wondered if ANYONE new what Level they should aim for or Be reaching for there Age????? |

Not sure if you've taken a look at any scientific research, but it sounds like your age group is at the level of maturity (muscle maturity that is ).This website has got some excellent recommendations that could help your players get fitter. Alot of the football stuff is quite straight forward and it's wriiten (mainly) for a non-academic audience - i.e. it's easy to read and implement! Football |
