Here is 20mins Holand National team warm up_ Head coach **** Advocaat_ 2002
Players start jogging around the pitch twice then gather in the centre circle and do some stretching. 10mins Jogging with knees up, Jogging with heels up, Skipping with knees up&arms up, Skipping with right knee touching left elbow and vice versa 3/4 sprint Full sprint 16 players divided into two groups of 8 in two 10*10m grids play 6v2 keep away.Players are allowed only two touches. 10mins After that the main session starts. |
