Default hmmm on formation

I seem to have a team full of decent midfielders and larger unskilled girls. This is making doing a line up very very difficult. Let me put some fake names but real summaries to help.
Carey: captain, fast 5'3" girl with good touch
Lynn: fast 5'3" with good passing, moves and shot
Beth: decent speed, 5'6" , poor touch, but overall athletic and smart
Missy: fast 5'8", great moves, smart, decent passing
Jen: decent speed 5'6", all skills average, reliable
Kate: decent speed 5'6", great moves, great kick/shot, strong, but lazy
Nik: slow, out of shape, poor touch, poor strength, but smart and dedicated
Tam: decent speed, decent skills, experienced, dedicated
Fran: fast, good kick strength, dedicated
Sam: decent speed, out of shape, good kick strength, inexperienced

So we have alot of good girls in midfield, but no true forwards with anywhere near a good shot and we have a bunch of bigger girls for defence that are unskilled and inexperienced. Here is the lineup I have now. btw, last year we didn't score a goal as I went with 4-5-1. This year i'm thinking 4-4-2.

------------Maddy------------
Nik---Tam---Fran---Sam------
Jen--------Kate-------Carey--
------------Lynn--------------
---------Missy----Beth--------
