Hi guys...
Just a quick question, aside for "geering the boys up" & positive comments etc... I'm struggling to make my players understand that there more capeable then they think!... Now i'm not just swamping them with praise cus' we all know sometimes you can do better and i would'nt want one of my lads thinking what they just did is acceptable when in reality it needs to be better... For example... "Well done ben great turn, you just need to accelerate away a little quicker... Keep it going my boy!"... I try to get my point accross aswell as being positive cus' for me a good coach is someone who can offer advice without causing resentment.. I've tryed a number of way but i wont write them all up!... Anybody want to throw some more in?... How can i motivate and make my players belive in them selves!... Thanks.. |
