In regards to techniques, I always study tapes of games. Watch a few key players only and analyze their movements. Especially, set up of plays and pre judging ball movements.
In regards to training, you need to watch Kiana Tom "flex appeal" videos. Fun to watch and very educational. A good well rounded workout that can be used for athletes, not just body builders. Good luck. Richard
