8 pounds ?? its costing 4 pounds per month and our gaffer says it stays that way as long as we stay on. Mind you I don,t pay the club pays but now i,m on I think i,d pay it myself if it stayed 4 .
However I,m not a salesman for them its your choice but I can honestly say I wouldn,t be without it now

With under tens i like to build in to every session ball control; passing; movement off the ball and shooting. I have many differnet drills i havedeveloped over the years and do keep adding to them. I plan it out on a weekly basis depending on what i have noticed in training or in Sundays match. I so cover everything in the season but introduce heading, tackling, set pieces, corners etc every so often. I do fun warm ups then stretches, then go in to skill and then technique. Then i end with a SSG say 3 teams of five and play a competition in pro club names. The boys like the variety but it odes take some planning. I have the time as i commute to London to work and have a two hour return journey so can do it then. I will take a look at this site but i would advise flexibility in terms of what your squad do well and what they need to be better at.

That sounds good I do that too .The coaching has to be player centred. The soccer planner has focused our coaches on linking and programming our sessions the playing philosophy part was a real eye opener. The video down load was excellent with some different ideas and on the coaches forum we share actual sessions. The Think tank has some really challenging articles by some top coaches.i must say some of our coaches don,t use it to its full capacity but I wonder why they are coaching anyway!! Its the same in any club I suppose. As I said I not a sales person for them I get it from the club but to be honest its been brilliant.

I copied their info on 1st page. That's enough to get u thinking and formulating your own plans. Your own season plan is specific to your individual needs, not conditioned to their age first. You kniow whats best, now do it.

When Benetiz took over liverpool, he highlighted the 1st ten problems, then starting with the more problematic he got about solving. Nowdays he rotates his problems too much.
