A typical 1 hour session for me is

Warm up 10
technique or skill 15
SSG 20
Cool down 10

Other few minutes for briefings.

I coached U11 girls last year and practices were 1 hour 15 minutes.

15 minutes: ball touch exercises
30 minutes: 2 different skills exercises
15 minutes: game applications, say how to build a wall, spacing, etc
This was my "lecture" part of the program
15 minutes: SSG
