Question Running School Tryouts

I have been a Junior Varsity Coach for seven years. My varsity coach stepped down and I was lucky enough to be appointed Head Coach. In my area there is a strong pull for girls soccer. I will be running tryouts for three high school teams, Varsity, JV, and a 9th grade team. Is there any advice for a structure or ideas on how I should set up a tryout for about 75 girls. Any thoughts on the matter will be appreciated.
