Question football coaching

It depends on what your doing, and the steps involved.

For keeping I'd use the chaining method.

For width/depth & defending the whole part whole method probably seems better.

For passing, or shooting I'd go with shapeing.

It's about how you think it would progress, and relative to your's & the players experience & ability.
