Post A series of good warm up excercises before starting a practice session.

Hi Folks,
new to the website and I'm getting back into coaching the game as I've had a 10 year layoff. I'm looking for ways to warm up before actually starting a practice session. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!

jogging, skipping, dynamic stretching, ball control & movement, then into a 7v2 keep away, and ssg. get your keepers and strikers to work seperately during keep away & ssg.
