I agree letting the kids play is important but getting some sort of team shape is helpful when you come to play the game. I try to get the players to move in relation to the ball the game is very fluid and so I will carry the ball from one position to the next and ask the players to take up positions in relationship to the ball, suggesting small changes and asking the players If they think this looks right or feels OK.

Work on using the space as the pitch will be bigger. Movement and passing is key, running off the ball, using the width, link up play in triangles. Also shooting will be different as you will be able to now lob the keeper which was much more difficult at 11 a side.
