Default Web site for your team?

I ran across this and tried to set up a page for my girls, but I have to say, I am less-than-impressed. Anyone know any other decent sites for teambuilding web sites?

They seem to do the job well.

Thanks everyone. I've signed up with the company 74offsuit suggested because it was free and it is very easy to use.
