This is an interesting site that makes a lot of sense.

Looks interesting, and they're selling franchises! Seriously, though, soccer is probably the game that most requires ambidexterity, so anything you can do to help the kids get more comfortable with their off foot is really beneficial. Again, a wall is great for this. Smashball or wallball can really help kids develop some confidence. And once the kids 12 or 13 or so, most of my shooting games are for the off foot.

Default Terry Butcher's approval!

Terry Butcher and Charlie Christie really like this idea. The Other Foot Soccer School - Football Coaching Inverness - Other Foot Training

Rebound walls are a good idea and are used as part of THE OTHER FOOT programme.

Hmmm, you'd posted that link before, stylo. Is there something I'm missing? But since you mentioned rebound walls, here's something that's seems pretty cool, and if I can get any answers from a live person, I'm going to order a pair for our grounds.

Default Soccerwave!

Thanks for the link. I think the soccerwave looks a pretty impressive piece of coaching equipment. Any idea how much it costs?

I called them up, since you asked stylo. And Yikes is all I can say. $279 for the Wave and locally, shipping is $81. Apparently is is over 4' wide so UPS has to keep it on a semi.

We'll have to find something else for next year, because I'm not spending $360 for one of these, and I'd wanted two anyway.

You're right - they're pretty pricey. I wonder if they could be copied? I guess the difficult part would be the curve.

Default Soccerwave training

This Soccerwave thing is great, volleys, headers and high kicks and much MUCH better than the wall........ I used it at a Manu Soccer School and we have been trying to buy one since, but now someone is bringing them into the UK. I think they will be at the Grass Roots Football Show in June so we are going up there. But it is HUGE, how do you get it home again??
