Thanks for the feedback Cookie. I appreciate you taking the timeout!
Just to say that The Targetizer consists of target discs that can be moved to anywhere in the goal mouth - train for different scenarios; they can be changed for different sizes - train all abilities within your club, camp or academy; and you can remove and add as many taget discs as you like to make your drills basic or advanced. I understand that you are also a coach. Sometimes I have assumed too much with my young players and expected too much of them too soon - completely my fault, hands up. The Targetizer wil help your players (especially those that have had a bad introduction to the game or no introduction what-so-ever) visualise quickly and easily what you're asking of them at shooting practice. The Targetizer is typically designed for 4-14 year olds and can give them a powerful understanding of not only where to aim, but with your expert guidance how and why to aim there. If you or anyone else reading this post would like some further information, then plaese do not hesitate to contact me - either PM me here or email / phone througn the website (details below). All your feedback is very welcome and I apprecite your time and effort in helping me If you would like to view the demo video here: The Targetizer Online Store You can also access my contact details from this page The Targetizer Online Store More Information about The Targetizer here: The Targetizer Online Store Thanks once again for your time and input! Hi Idge
Without making any comment on the merits of the equipment I couldn't find a reference to the price, which would stop me making any further enquiries if I was reviewing your website. Gary |

Hi Idge
I agree with GaryO I would like to have some idea of price. I have been looking at buying a set of pro-strike soccer goals http://www.forsport.co.uk/productinfo.php?pid=1182 and wonder how your targetizer will compare in price to these, they retail at approx £130 each but then again you get a portable goal for your money as well. Hi Gary & Ali,
Thanks for your comments. Gary: Very valid reason about the pricing. If you would like to review prices for The Targetizer they are here (closer to the bottom of the page - if you don't want to read the copy). Ali: The Pro Strike Soccer Goals are an excellent product and a very good idea with the fold-away goals. The Targetizer is different because it is not static - that is you can move the target discs to where ever you want in the goal. This means that you can devise specific drills for penalty taking to free kick taking to shooting practice - and you can make them as simple or advanced as you like. You can also change the size of the target discs to cater for all abilities under your guidance. The target discs come in Pro (small), Semi-Pro (medium) and Amateur (large) sized discs. Plus the players get alot of satisfaction from physically hitting the discs. The Targetizer attaches to your existing goals (sizes are available for most FIFA regualtion goal sizes from 5-a-side to mini-soccer to full size). Set up time is around 10 minutes for 1st time to 5 minutes for old pro's! Once you've finished with your training session just clip it off and fold it up and put it in your ball or kit bag (it weighs around 2-3kg max). Very light weight and very portable. The link below will provide some more information and prices (Special Launch Promotion which includes a Free Trial for UK coaches and academies. **SORRY, DUE TO HIGH DEMAND PROMOTION IS NO LONGER ON** Thanks to you both for feeding back your suggestions. They are a great help to me and mean alot the continuing development of The Targetizer. ![]() Last edited by idge : 26-03-2008 at 11:38 AM. Reason: update links and promotion |
