Yes, our club is a Charter Standard club, and we are now looking at the next level, Community club.

We need at least one level 2 coach (me )
Adult team and girls teams, which we now have.

As I am the Charter standard/development officer for the club this is my responsibility.

The actual benefits of being CS are not easy to measure. There has been some critisism from clubs about the benefits you receive. While I agree with some of these criticisms, I think it is generally a good thing, although I am not sure the FA are making the best of it.
