Default Fa Level 2 Nerves

Hi,

I have this problem that when it comes to coaching people of the same age as me or older i tend to just crumble. As the FA level 2 course is basically showing an assessor you can coach with your fellow coaches i tend to struggle in this area. The last time i had an assessment was in december. I bottled it and didnt do it but it is again coming up in february and i am absolutly cackin it haha. I just dont know what it is with me. I coach an U14 team and my nerves never seem to get in the way with these lads. Can anyone suggest anything?

Wink Tips

The other coaches are in the same boat as you, so you are not the only one nervous guaranteed. Do your homework, master your session even try it out on the 14s, and if the session is good you will be fine.

Assessors are not robots they understand you will have nervs, and stick to time frames at all cost.

Just do the session and see what happens. Hope this helps.
