Wink Thinking..... provocatively.

Shooting, passing, dribbling, turning, receiving, heading .......!
Which is the right progression?
Soccer, is it mathematic (4-4-2; 4-3-3; 3-5-2; 5-3-2; .....) or only just a personal opinion??

Dribbling, shooting, and passing are the three I would focus on, in that order at this age group. For the U6s, the game is still largely personal, and a team consists of 4 individuals, while when you get to U8s you can start to worry about formations, passing and space. I really have to work on shooting even when the kids get to U10s and U12s, so I like to get started on that right at the very beginning. And one of the hardest thing is sports is scoring in soccer, so that is a skill that I work on a lot.
