Default Rotating Players between A and B team

I have an U8 team and luckily will probably have around 15 regular players so I think I may eventually have an A and B team and have to enlist someone elses help on a regular basis.

The first couple of friendlies (arranged but not played yet) will almost certainly be just one team to make the organisation easier and I will probably swap everyone at half time and hope at least one doesn't turn up!

A question for those that have two teams - do you tend to keep the same team together to try and get them used to each other or do you completely mix it up regularly?

I am planning on taking FA Level 1 in the summer.
