What do you all do post-match? Huddle together and have a quick chat or does that wait until the next training session?
Weve got an U8 match soon and everyone is completely new from the players to the coach. Im thinking of getting some Haribo sweets to hand out to the lads at the end. Any comments or suggestions on what works or doesn't work are welcomed. Cheers |

Good idea to have a little something to reward them, or cheer them up/forget about it!!!
I have always had a brief chat with them, particularly if there has been any outstanding performances or the team has shown an improvement. It's also an ideal time to remind about training or give news whilst parents are listening. |
