Coaching Tip no 8.Organise groups of players cleverly - for some technical, less physical soccer practices you might consider grouping by ability. For other more physical training activities such as running and physical fitness games, defending and 1 v 1 and 2 v 2 the groups should be determined by the size and physical fitness of the soccer players
