If the drills are still not loading and you have installed the latest version of Shockwave or were unable to install the latest version please see below. Please do the following, go to the control panel on your PC and go to "Add and Remove Programs" this will show you a list of all programs installed. Please remove/uninstall any of the following: Then open up a new browser and go to http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi and install the latest version of the plugin. If you are still having problems please email us at support@grassrootscoaching.com and we can arrange a time to call you to help get the drills working. MAC USERS: The default version of Adobe Shockwave is the slim version. You need to set it to download the full version of Adobe Shockwave for you to be able to view the animations. | |
