Soccer Fitness tips
Players do not need to run laps around the pitch to achieve soccer specific fitness. It is boring for the players and will not really develop specific soccer, game related fitness. During a match a midfield player could run up to seven miles at various speeds and intensity. With the help of our soccer fitness experts, we have designed fun and innovative soccer fitness training drills with many involving sessions that use the ball in realistic game situations to improve the players’ game related soccer fitness, whilst also improving soccer skills and techniques.
